Empowering Women, Transforming Chad

FACDEV is dedicated to uplifting women and girls through education, health, SGBV protection, environmental stewardship, and digital innovation across N'Djamena, Lac, Kanem, and Bahr El Gazel regions.

About FACDEV

Femmes en Action pour le Développement (FACDEV) is a Chadian association committed to fostering social transformation by empowering women and girls. We believe that investing in women is investing in the future of Chad.

Our work is anchored in local communities across N'Djamena, the Lac region, Kanem (including Mao city), and Bahr El Gazel. We strive for inclusive and sustainable development, addressing critical needs in education, health, protection against SGBV, environmental conservation, and digital literacy.

Our vision is a Chad where every woman and girl has the opportunity to reach her full potential, contribute to her community, and live a life of dignity and respect.
